This is my main profile for ETS2, so it's been through a lot over the past four years, including mods and public beta builds. This leads me to believe that the issue might lie within my game profile. If I try creating a new ETS2 profile, I also have difficulty reproducing this issue. I am not having this issue on my main ATS profile. The game runs perfectly smooth at 60 FPS 99% of the time, but every couple of minutes the game will have a massive lag spike that lasts 1 or 2 seconds.

I have not updated the game since the last patch in December, I have not changed any graphics settings, and I have not changed any console commands. Other than doing WoTr contracts on the profile, I have not made any changes to it in the past several weeks. I'm not running any mods, but I do have a few custom settings that I changed via console commands which should be visible in the attached.
